The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator and overlooks private courtyards, so it is very quiet despite being in the center.
All the windows have double glass and are very tall and large to give great brightness to the rooms. The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer, plates, glasses, cutlery and basic dishes.
Monthly rent including all utilities (electricity, water, heating, building fees, hot water, wi-fi and waste tax): there are no other expenses apart from the registration fee of the contract that you pay only once a year and costs about 170 euros.
The security deposit amounts to 2000 euro .
