The apartment has: 3 single bedrooms a large shared kitchen / living room (with dishwasher) 1 bathroom (all renovated and with shower) equipped with WI-FI, laundry room with washing machine. Air conditioning in all the rooms. The apartment is excellently renovated according to everything our students need. Area full of services: cafe, post office, supermarket, shops and bus stop, all near the house. The rent includes: condominium expenses, electricity, gas, heating, water, WIFI, waste tax. In the house it is forbidden to smoke.
