It is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine and mezzanine storage rooms. The historic centre can be reached on foot in a quarter of an hour. Parking on the street in condominium spaces that are not assigned but are almost always available for at least one car. It is rented to a maximum of two persons, preferably lecturers, researchers, interns or postgraduate students. Non-smokers are required. To the rental fee, € 220 per month must be added for utilities (heating, electricity, water, gas, rubbish) and € 100 for contract registration (to be paid once only).
