List your property

Posting your property is simple and guided.

Once you’ve created your account, you can publish your listing by adding all the details about your property. The more complete your listing is, the more likely you are to find the right tenant.
The SAIS team reviews all submitted information and documents to ensure the quality and reliability of listings. If needed, you may be contacted to provide additional details. Only complete and well-documented listings are approved and published, helping to ensure better visibility and more effective matches.

Required documents and approval process

During registration, property owners must confirm that they will use a legally compliant rental contract and that all systems in the property meet Italian safety regulations (Ministerial Decree 37/2008). The SAIS team will verify that the following documents have been provided:

  • a valid ID of the owner (required to activate the profile);
  • the property’s cadastral registration document (and any additional supporting documents, if needed).

Before your listing can be approved, a property inspection is required. This visit is carried out by the SAIS team and may take place before and/or during the rental period.
If this is your first time listing a property, you can contact the team to schedule an appointment for contract guidance and support.

Please note that listings can be submitted either by the property owner or by someone acting on their behalf (such as a manager or representative). In this case, a signed authorization from the owner is required, along with the documents listed above.

Find the right tenant, the easy way

The SAIS platform connects your property with students looking for accommodation.

Once your listing is live, interested users can contact you directly through the platform to ask for more information or request a booking. You can manage enquiries independently, review profiles, and choose the tenant that best fits your property.
You can also take a more proactive approach by browsing “Looking for” listings and reaching out directly to students whose needs match your offer.
