The flat is mainly ideal for international adults (such as visiting Professors, Researchers, Post-doc, PhD and Master students) Located in the heart of the city, just behind Piazza Maggiore and in a very safe neighborhood, the flat presents a very calm and comfortable situation for people going to work or studying around the city center and for those that love to live the dynamic life of the center. The flat is a big open space (46 mq) with all the part well divided: there is a bedroom zone, with two small walk-in- closets, well separated from the living-room and from a hidden kitchen and a bathroom. The flat is bright, fully furnished and recently restored in some of its part. It provides appliances and other standard domestic equipment: air conditioning, washing machine, Iron, hairdryer. If needed, blankets and bedlinen may be provided. For your convenience, the flat is located close to supermarkets, several bus stops and the train station (this last, 10-20 min at maximum walking, 5-10 by bus), shops, theatre and cinema halls, fountains, pharmacy the local postal office. One of the nicest parks of the city, Giardini Margherita, is far less than 10 minutes by bike or bus. Finally, you will not miss a typical Italian welcome and friendly support to solve possible practical issues during your staying. A regular contract is provided.
