Dear users,

many of you are emailing us to ask what to do with the lease during this emergency.

Currently, no decree about lease for residential use was launched. Therefore we advise you all to respect the contract conditions. In case you have other agreements, both parties (landords and tenants) must undersign them. For instance, if the tenant would close the contract in advance comparing to the withdrawal notice, the landlord (and possibly the other tenants) should agree with it.

The are no indication about taxes suspensions for lease contracts for residential use for landlords.

Ultimas actualizaciones sobre el cierre de universidades en Italia

The office will be closed on January 1st and 6th 2020.

The Staff wish you  all happy New Year!

Please, note that the office SAIS will be closed ON DECEMBER 19th 2019.

4 Single rooms for female students are available from January until July 2020 at Santa Giuliana's Institute, located in via Giuseppe Mazzini, 90.

On November 6th  2019 SAIS office opens at 11 am, due to an appointment with a Tenants Union.
